Define repainting precisely

Some tools change only the current bar while it is still forming. Others revise historical values after the fact. The second behavior is more dangerous and should be disclosed clearly.

Swing tools often confirm late

Fibonacci, market structure, and pivot-style tools may need several bars to confirm a swing. That delay is not automatically bad, but traders should know which labels are provisional.

Test with playback

Use market replay or bar-by-bar playback to see what the indicator knew at the time. A static screenshot is not enough to understand repaint behavior.
